Bioshock Infinite: Elizabeth WIP

This outfit took me only a couple of weeks to throw together, and I'm so happy I wanted to show of the finished piece. I'm just waiting on the wig to arrive, then it'll be time for shooting.

Corset:
Corset was pre-bought, altered, painted and embellished. The reason why I bought it was simple: I wanted a corset that could hold me (if you get my drift) without failing, which happened to a previous costume. No risks were allowed. Also, the details were quite similar to Elizabeth's in-game corset, so that was convenient. I painted the black strips on, then added the details to make it come together.
I love how it's a classically-shaped garment. Very old school!

Jacket + Skirt:
Both were made from a light delustered satin, and were lined for convenience and to clean up the costume. I made the pattern blocks from calico test pieces I put together.

Choker:
The pendant was sculpted from Fimo Effect modelling clay, then sanded and sprayed with a silver chrome. I chose to paint the bird instead of the cage because it was quicker, plus I chose the bird in the game :3
After this was done I hot glued it to lace backed by satin.

Accessories:
These were all bought (sky-hook, boots, etc.). Thankyou to the boys at EB Games for getting me a sky-hook in a short amount of time!

Difficulty/criticism:
This was very easy to put together, considering the fortunate fact I didn't make the corset. I honestly didn't trust myself with making one this time. It's easy to wear, and colours and textures go well together.
The skirt could've had a larger radius for epic spinning scenes, but I'm too clumsy to do that kind of crap anyway lol.
